(MCN) is seeking a Director of Finance/CFO to join the Administration team located in Golden Valley, MN. An essential member of senior leadership, the Director of Finance serves as a key advisor to the Executive Director, Clinic President and Board of Directors on matters related to financial, revenue cycle and general clinic operations. This position provides strategic leadership on long range planning as well as makes recommendations and provides input on policies and procedures impacting shareholders and the overall practice. Manages MCN’s Accounting and Patient Financial Services departments which are comprised of approximately 25 employees. Oversees activities related to finance and accounting, including budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, physician compensation, and IRS compliance. Monitors capital structure, oversees business insurance plans, and serves as a member of MCN’s benefits committee and administrative liaison for retirement plans. Performs analysis and forecasting on special projects. Presents regularly at monthly Board of Directors meetings and quarterly shareholder meetings.   Position Requirements Successful candidates will possess a BS/BA in accounting, finance, business administration or related field. Master’s degree and/or CPA desired but not required. Must have a minimum of five years of director-level experience in a large complex physician practice or related healthcare environment to include finance, accounting and revenue cycle management.
