Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) is seeking qualified, trained and capable individual to serve Strategic Recruiting Project Manager for the Department of the Interior.
The DOI is actively working to drastically transform its Wildland Fire Workforce, including congressional and Administration priorities from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) such as (1) short and long-term wildland firefighting compensation reform, (2) classification of a new wildland fire management occupational series, (3) mental health and well-being programs, and most notably for this exercise, increasing its overall workforce capacity. To manage an effective wildland fire management program, it is critical to take a proactive and cooperative approach that mitigates the negative effects of wildfires while actively managing the use of fire to achieve resource management goals.
