As a Gym Associate, you are responsible for upholding Alphaland’s high standards through excellent customer service and staying true to the mission of Alphaland and Alphalete Co. This is a part-time, non-exempt position. So what are you waiting for… come join us!     Essential Job Duties: Greet all gym members and visitors as they enter and exit the building Sell day passes to visitors Verify all members during check-in Ensure member accounts are current and active   Other Job Duties & Responsibilities:   Assist members with their accounts including updating billing information, cancellations and collecting unpaid balances Review gym rules with all new members Communicate with Sales Staff and assist with all new member enrollments Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals Restock all consumable products throughout the facilities Rerack weights and pick up equipment Maintain a high level standard of cleanliness throughout completion of daily tasks Provide floor assistance to gym members Identify safety hazards and/or broken equipment Perform opening and closing procedures Other duties as assigned by management Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
