Share Email Opening Title Senior Accountant  Description This role supports the Mancini family of companies and is based at Mancini Beverage in West Greenwich, Rhode Island Manage the monthly close process, under the guidance of the Controller, for 5 beverage companies to include monthly transactional entries over A/R activity, inventory activity, standard entries, depreciation, prepaids, etc. Perform Profit and Loss review. Prepare monthly reconciliations of various balance sheet accounts including bank/cash reconciliations. Work with auditors to provide support for audit requests. Maintain fixed assets and all fixed asset related items (property valuations, vehicle registrations, etc.). Prepare and file regulatory filings to include excise taxes, property taxes, licenses, deposit filings etc. Periodically assist with certain Accounts Payable functions including vouchering invoices, researching unpaid invoices, and uploading payments into bank portal. Manage the annual 1099 preparation. Assist with various financial planning and analysis projects.
