Job Description
Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) is seeking qualified, trained and capable individual to serve an Event Coordinator for the Department of the Navy.

Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive): The position will provide planning, management logistics and protocol services to the Dept. of the Navy for various events and conferences. Events may include: Charitable Campaign Fundraising Events, Military and Civilian Award Ceremonies, Retirements, and Morale Team Building, luncheons, and other conferences. Skills / Certifications / Qualifications: Requires the following functional expertise: - Management of the entire event planning, execution and assessment lifecycle with meticulous attention to detail for government or military organizations
- Development of planning matrixes and visual aids
- Development of event supporting materials, agendas, invitations
- Experience with event registration and RSVP methods
- Experience soliciting feedback and surveys following events
- Experience providing status updates and writing progress reports for key leaders
- Ability to interface with senior military leaders
This position requires a Secret Security Clearance This position is contingent upon award of a contract.
