Objective: To prepare quality food in an efficient, professional manner as well as keeping the kitchen clean and orderly.
Responsibilities:
Uphold and abide by the employment policies
Successfully complete the Short Order Training Program.
History and structure.
Demonstrate complete menu knowledge.
Complete Daily Opening and Closing Checklists.
Receive and store kitchen products and supplies by using correct
Insure proper rotation of food and supplies is done.
Insure correct amount of prep is completed.
Demonstrate correct portioning of all menu items.
Maintain a clean kitchen.
Know Health Department sanitation standards and comply with them.
Use kitchen Waste Sheets when needed.
Cooperate with the entire staff and demonstrate a positive attitude.
Inform management of any needed changes or information regarding the operation of the kitchen or restaurant.
