Responsibilities:
Uphold and abide by the employment policies of the restaurant.
Successfully complete the Bartender Training Program, including the following:
Appearance on the job.
Restaurants History and Structure
Food Menu/Beverage Knowledge
Service Standards
Digital Dining Procedures
Liquor Liability
Complete Daily Opening Procedures
Perform the following Service responsibilities:
Know Safety and Sanitation Procedures
Greet Guests Professionally and Efficiently
Make Drinks and Take Food Orders Proficiently
Handle Unusual Circumstances
Handle Guest(s) with Special Needs
Clear and Set Bar/Tables
Phone Courtesy
Answer All Questions Intelligently
Ensure Customer Satisfaction
Be Accurate and Responsible when Handling the Till
Deal With Complaints Competently
Work as Part of the Team
Uphold Quality Standards
