Summary
Clean dishes matter to us, come be a part of our team! The dishwasher will clean and sanitize all dishware and equipment in an efficient, professional manner, as well as keeping the kitchen clean and orderly.
Responsibilities:
Uphold and abide by the employment policies of Tavern 507.
Successfully complete the Dishwasher Training Program.
Complete Daily Opening and Closing Checklists.
Maintain a clean kitchen and trash area.
Know Health Department sanitation standards and comply with them.
Sweep floors and clean up spills as needed.
Cooperate with the entire staff and demonstrate a positive attitude.
Inform management of any needed changes or information regarding the operation of the kitchen or restaurant.
Requirements:
A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
Does high-quality work while unsupervised.
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Able to safely lift and easily maneuver dishes and cookware.
Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
Able to work in a busy restaurant environment.
