Share Email Opening Title Nurse LPN, ICF/IDD Facility FT - Mon -Fri 7a to 3:30p  Req Number LIC-23-00073   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Description **$3,000 Sign-on Bonus** Annual Salary: $45,136 Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7a - 3:30p Since 1971, Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board has provided a comprehensive continuum of high-quality, essential, and community-based services to citizens of the Peninsula who are affected by mental illness, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders.   The ICF Facility Nurse monitors the on-going medical needs of clients in the ICF/IDD/MH Facilities. Performs on-going nursing assessments and arranges access for clients to other medical services to include physicians, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech, etc. Responsible for the oversight of medication management at the facility. Develops and implements nursing care plans and other clinical documentation.
