Share Email Opening Title Marketing Specialist  Description This individual will develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote penetration of the credit union’s retail, business and CUSO products, services and programs, branch merchandising, and conclusive research; resulting in utilizing and effectively implementing proven marketing strategies successfully assisting the credit union as a whole to meet its annual goals and objectives.  The Marketing Specialist will be the primary marketing interface between the credit union/CUSO’s product owners, graphic design team and front line operations.   The position will be responsible for identifying and co-developing innovative product concepts and solutions, interpreting market research and industry trends, formulating and contributing to strategic and tactical plans, and ensuring on-time execution of product marketing deliverables. This individual will work diligently with other departments and product owners and their specific product accountabilities, serve on different committees as marketing representative and represent the credit union at functions and events as needed.  This individual must meet deadlines and ensure accurate approvals of content and quality.  The incumbent will assist in budget planning and be responsible for tracking and ensure that spending on specific projects stays within allotted budget parameters.   Position Requirements   1.   Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or closely related field and 3 -5 years applicable experience.   2.   2 years or more experience in marketing role supporting teams in a fast-paced environment.   3.   Credit union and/or financial industry experience preferred.   4.   Demonstrated ability to be a team player.   5.   Demonstrated ability to be multi-tasked with an ability to influence others without formal authority.   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Close Date   Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt   Location 023 - Allegacy - Headquarters/Westbrook   About the Organization Do you get a thrill out of helping people realize their dreams?
