Looking for a Case Manager for our Assisted Outpatient Therapeutic Services department
You will provide all needed support services to all enrolled consumers based upon their goals and desires in WRAP and Individualized Recovery Plans, serve as a liaison between the consumer and the justice system, and ensure all services are consistent with SAMHSA's fundamental components of recovery.
