We are seeking an experienced, dedicated leader who will be responsible for the development, implementation, and quality operations of the residential program/s. Will assist in client admissions review; maintain expected occupancy levels; ensure effective daily department operations to achieve agency and program goals. This position will monitor and oversee operational and service standard compliance with federal, state, and agency guidelines; supervise residential managers and work with other key managers to maintain licensing requirements; participate in on-call system; manage budget and participate in annual budget development; provide leadership and support and monitor recognition, training, accountability, and development for staff.
