In this newly created and developing role, you will act as the liaison between the Warehouse, Engineering, Maintenance, Technicians, customers, and suppliers. Position Summary: Execute and plan workshop orders for manufacturing using IFS planning system. Ensure that there are no packaging shortages that will impact internal schedules. Coordinates with Buyer/Planner. Review and enter all data that is supplied from Buyer Planner Manager.   Position Requirements Purchasing Clerk Qualifications required: Detailed-oriented and good written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience Must have Purchasing experience Must be able to work in a team environment Must be knowledgeable of packing and shipping Problem-solving skills required Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines, able to schedule time and duties Must be able to work in a manufacturing and office setting Inventory control Must be knowledgeable of inventory practices Essential functions and responsibilities for Purchasing Clerk: The Purchasing Clerk works with the Buyer/planning manager to ensure that packaging will be available to meet the production schedule with purchase orders.
