Office Associate (Peak Season - Temporary) 

Description

Hilldrup has an immediate need for a peak season office associate to provide a variety of clerical and administrative functions and communication duties necessary for the efficient operation of the Charlotte, NC branch. Pay for this position: $14/hour and is not eligible for benefits.

 
Position Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience;
  • Minimum of 6 months clerical and/or administrative experience;
  • Highly organized and able to set priorities effectively;
  • Adept regarding the use of technology;
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to multi-task and to effectively manage changing priorities;
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and proficiency in a fast paced, high-pressure work environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team;
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service;
  • Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
