Working with Business Units SME's to build / write process documentation in the form of standard operating procedures for all processes along with touchpoint on a click level detail
Document draft flowcharts to explain the process steps taking place. Where required, add screenshots, graphs, charts, tables and other graphics to make the process steps as easy to understand as possible.
Work with Subject matter Experts to gather all process level details
Participate in or support the documentation and deployment of user training manual and material where required
Ensure all process documentation is stored in a central location - will need to work with other teams to ensure this process is followed
Ensure all process documentation is written to a high standard, written in a clear and concise manner with proper formatting.
Participating in project management meetings relating to process documentation
