Share Title Road Assist Coordinator  Description PURPOSE Provide emergency roadside assistance to driver team members. This entails assessing and diagnosing vehicle failures through careful inquiry and dispatching appropriate service to drivers based on the nature of each breakdown. The Road Assist Coordinator will answer driver inquiries regarding the maintenance and operations of over 7,500 vehicles. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Coordinate road repairs while focusing on five goals: Maintain CPM goal Driver team member's needs Utilization of equipment to reduce down time DOT compliance Safety Provide total support for driver team members, inter company operations, and external customers through effective and timely action. Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience. Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results. Able to promote a culture of trust and safety.   Position Requirements Qualifications and Education Requirements Good verbal and written communication skills Good customer service skills Minimum of one year of experience in maintenance repair High School diploma or equivalent Flexible scheduling, available to work nights and weekends if needed. Must have excellent phone and customer service skills to interact with internal and external customers Preferred Skills Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred On the job experience in similar role SUPERVISES OTHERS This position does not supervise others.
