Share Email Opening Title Building Services Intern (582)  Category Building Services - 8071   Description JOB SUMMARY: To clean outdoors, clean up property, pick up and dispose of trash, pickup parking lot and garage areas. Clean storage spaces, clean mechanical rooms, learn to do testing on gases with equipment supplied, clean mechanical rooms. QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be able to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions. Must be able to communicate information clearly in conversation and written form. Must be able (after training) to demonstrate correct use of chemicals, supplies, and equipment.   Position Requirements EXPECTED BEHAVIORS: Temperament – ability to perform a variety of changing duties, to get along with maintenance personnel, nurses, patients, and other employees. Evidence of good grooming and professional conduct. Possess a sense of responsibility, initiative, honesty, and confidentiality. Able to work under mild stress. Demonstrate ability to analyze situations to achieve a logical solution to resolve a concern. ADDITIONAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Mandatory Annual Continuing Education: Customer Service, Fire and Safety, Confidentiality-HIPAA, Infection Control, Corporate Compliance.
