Share Email Opening Title PT Direct Care Staff- Day Treatment  Description Join our team as a Direct Care Staff for Day Treatment in Winona, MN.   This part time position will be working approximately 12 hours per week.   As a Direct Care Staff, you will be responsible for providing supervision of youth.   What are the primary responsibilities of this direct care position? Work collaboratively with Day Treatment staff on duties that are necessary for program implementation including, but not limited to, providing intense supervision to clients, utilizing appropriate behavioral interventions and co-facilitating groups. Participate as a member of the Day Treatment team including, but not limited to, attending weekly staff meetings, communicating daily with other staff and working effectively and non-defensively with the treatment team. Provide transportation for Day Treatment clients as necessary and in accordance with program policies. Complete daily documentation as necessary in a timely manner according to program policies and standards. Candidate must possess knowledge of Trauma Informed Care and be able work with youth using this skill set.
