This position will be based out of our Odenton, MD office. The Driver will be responsible for leading crews to meet project goals in a safe manner and perform quality audits. The candidate will work in coordination with the installation department and sales staff to ensure a positive client experience for every project. A qualified candidate should have construction installation experience, working from blueprints and specifications, as well as a working knowledge of field and crew supervision. Duties to include, but are not limited to: Drive a 24' Flat Bed Truck Assist Crews with Job Set Up and Installation Site Visits to Verify Installs or Rectify Concerns Customer Service with Commercial Clients Benefits Offered: 401K with Company Match Health, Dental & Vision Insurance PTO AA/EOE Pay rate is dependent upon experience. Pay rate starts at $20.00 an hour.
