Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (DRM) - one of New England's largest law firms - is seeking an associate attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join its Captive Insurance Group in Burlington, Vermont. 

Subject matter experience is not required, but candidates should have a background in transactional law and must have exceptional writing and communication skills and be interested in developing expertise in this growing practice area with a broad national and international client base.

We have a strong preference for candidates who have:

  • At least 2 (more preferred) years’ experience in business or transactional law;
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills;
