Description

Position Summary:

The Landscaper 1 position is an entry level seasonal position that focuses on the maintenance of the Clubhouse, Lodge, and Villa grounds. The Landscaper 1 is generally responsible for the daily maintenance of the Clubhouse, Lodge and Villa grounds including hand mowing, trimming, landscape bed maintenance, weeding, cleanup, and other basic landscape maintenance duties. The most important characteristic of our team is that we love inspiring lasting memories for our guests. In this position you exhibit excellence in your commitment to our guests. Essential Functions

  • Weeding
  • String trimming
  • Push mowing
  • Hand-watering
  • Cleanup and debris removal
  • Basic pruning
  • Mulch replacement and application
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications / Special Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance.
  • Available to work varied shifts when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
  • Operate small machinery (backpack blowers, weed eaters, push mowers, and golf carts)
  • Must be able to take direction from management and communicate clearly with fellow team members.
