Develop and implement marketing plans for CNSNext services for Cairo, Camilla, Moultrie and Thomasville. Responsible for working to establish and maintain relationships with community schools and CNSNext key business partners. Works cooperatively with leadership staff to enhance the marketability of CNSNext and develop brand recognition tactics designed to increase customer loyalty and grow subscribers.
Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies for CNSNext residential and commercial services.
Assist in the creation of new marketing materials for dedicated telecommunication services and commercial Internet, telephone and digital television to include resources for commercial sales staff.
Build and maintain relationships with community partners, including schools, in CNSNext communities to promote CNSNext services.
Participate in community and professional activities to increase the visibility of CNSNext and enhance knowledge of CNSNext services.
Responsible for maintaining knowledge of market trends and making recommendations to maintain CNSNext competitiveness.
Serve as critical member of team in the deployment of new telecommunications services, including assisting in the development of marketing and business strategies.
Responsible for developing and executing training programs for customer service staff assigned to CNSNext for the purpose of enhancing knowledge and understanding of CNSNext products and services.
Serves as the lead contact for programming services. Communicates all changes to customers and staff and ensures programming guides and materials are updated accordingly.
Manages the CNSNext marketing budget, to include making sponsorship decisions that are beneficial to furthering CNSNext brand recognition in service territories.
Serves as a member of the CNSNext leadership team and participates in decisions related to services, rates and other initiatives.
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with board members of the South Georgia Governmental Services Authority.
