If you thrive in a collaborative setting and enjoy working with best-in-class technology and people, we want to meet you!  Must be based in the Twin Cities Primary Responsibilities: Generate customer invoices and credit memos Submit invoices on customer portals Verify sales tax is appropriately applied to customer invoices Set up new customers & maintain customer database Process cash receipts Calculate, enter and post accounts receivable and other assigned journal entries Perform collections on past due invoices Manage assigned account reconciliations Participate in audits Provide input to budget process Recommend process and/or system improvements that contribute to more efficiency and/or better accuracy Other duties as assigned Required: Associate degree in Accounting or Finance Basic understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles 1 to 3 years of general accounting or accounts receivable experience Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Self-starter, detail oriented and accurate Preferred: NetSuite knowledge Experience in professional services business Strong interpersonal and communication skills   Location Minneapolis   About the Organization NetSPI is a fast-growing, dynamic cybersecurity company headquartered in the North Loop of Minneapolis.
