Position is also responsible for the oversight of banking deposits (patient and other). This individual will work within the practice's accounting and practice management software to complete tasks such as entering accounts payable, journal entries, and customer invoices. DUTIES PERFORMED: (This list may not include all the duties assigned) Maintain records of vendor invoices and obtain approvals from various individuals for payment of invoices. Responsible for correctly coding and keeping record of all vendor payments. Reconciling various ledger accounts and investigating any discrepancies. Prepare, record, and complete bank deposits for practice. Assist Finance Manager with various reporting needs, including but not limited to monthly financial, tax, and audits. Generate, send, and follow up on invoices related to medical directorships, inter-company billing, research programs, and any other non-patient care items. Process patient and insurance payments per payment method (cash, check, card).
