Share Email Opening Title Child and Adolescent Developmental Services Support Coordinator  Req Number BEH-23-00070   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Description Annual Salary: $45,000 Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Since 1971, Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board has provided a comprehensive continuum of high-quality, essential, and community-based services to citizens of the Peninsula who are affected by mental illness, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. The Child and AdolescentSupport Coordinator ensures continuity of directly provided and contractual services to agencys individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Support Coordinators assist individuals with their basic physical, financial, social and personal needs. Support Coordination services for the individuals include development of person centered plans, service provider linkage, monitoring, advocacy, counseling crisis intervention, daily living support, and enhancing community integration.
