Essential Functions: Lead Associate will be responsible for order and appearance in the store, straightening shelves, racks and displays. Greet customers at entry, and exemplify world class customer service by assisting customers in locating and purchasing goods Lead Associate will Open/close store as needed/scheduled and maintain an acceptable attendance and punctuality record; Delegate project tasks and supervise staff and volunteers.
