The CRM Marketing Specialist must have the following skills:
- Expertise and or similar experience in the Salesforce software
- Ability to better integrate the CRM with internal legacy platforms
- Ability to resolve technical CRM issues, including responding to customization requests
- Attention to detail to manage the integrity of the CRM data
- Ability to discern meaning from patterns and spot trends from data
- Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication
- Demonstration of critical thinking
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver CRM strategies to retain existing and acquire new customers, increasing brand loyalty, and expanding the company's brand value.
- Establish workflows and standards for entering data in the CRM.
- Focus on optimization of CRM integrations.
- Development and implementation of consumer contact strategy triggered across customer life-cycle.
- Support the implementation, execution and analysis of direct marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail and other consumer touch points.
- Work with 3rd party agency partners to understand objectives, segmentation, and list generation needs and requirements for Marketing campaigns and programs.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of direct marketing communications utilizing technical skills to derive campaign and customer data for insights.
- Analyze complex customer data sets, and take initiatives to maintain the data integrity.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree within related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience within CRM, both operational and strategic
- Experience from setting strategic plans (target groups etc.) and automation processes for CRM activities
- Experience from Adobe Campaign, web analytic platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
