Share Email Opening Title CMA/LPN Clinical Float (Grand Lake Physician Practices), FT, 1st  Location Miami & Erie Family Practice & Pediatrics   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Working Shift 1st   Hours Per Week 40   Description This is a float position responsible for the delivery of patient care in all Physician Practices through the clinical process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of ancillary clinical personnel. Places the patient at the center of care. Collaborates and interacts positively with providers and other medical practice staff to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes. Must be flexible to function in all practice settings and perform other duties as assigned.   Position Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program or graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Licensure: Certified Medical Assistant through AAMA or other certifying body as deemed acceptable by the Practice Manager or Licensed to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio. Experience: Previous medical practice experience preferred but not required. Skills: Basic clinical skills delivering patient care and clerical skills in an outpatient setting.
