Compensation and Benefits

The OTE range is $150-175K with a competitive market-based salary. In addition, Sciton provides an opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with matching.

Position Summary

This is a fully remote position with extensive traveling, reporting to the Atlantic Regional Manager.

In this role, you will:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations.
  • Develop business strategies with customers to ensure their success.
  • Be responsible for planning and implementing strategies for elevating sales.
  • Perform marketing research and manage territory.
  • Support in-service training and subsequent training.
  • Track and report sales in an organized and timely manner.
  • Assist with post-sale customer issues.
  • Work with Field Service and company staff.
  • Ability to travel in order to do business.
  • You will drive the success and growth of your sales territory through cold calling and on-site visits to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
  • Develop prospective new customers and nurture existing relationships to expand the sales of additional results.
  • Educate and demonstrate Sciton's products' indications, efficacy, safety, and how these products will improve the clients' needs and that of their customers.
Position Requirements

Essential requirements for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years outside sales experience (capital sales a plus).
  • Understand cold prospecting.
  • Proven history of sales growth and success
  • Initiative-taker and takes direction well.
  • Polished communication and people skills
  • Is committed to high performance with outstanding results. Sets and exceeds quota, consistently.
  • Able to generate quality leads on a consistent basis.
  • Has a positive attitude, is self-motivated, and committed to developing quality customer experience.
  • Has excellent prospecting and territory management abilities along with superior prospecting, selling, and closing expertise.
  • Is committed to personal and professional development.
  • Is an effective communicator and an active listener.
  • Is self-disciplined and organized Tracks and reports sales in an organized manner.
  • Is honest, coachable, and a collaborator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
