Title General Manager-Florida  Description We're looking for a dynamic individual to join the Traffic Plan Team in South Florida. This role would be responsible for daily operations as well as opening additional office locations. POSITION SUMMARY: The General Manager is responsible for all operations of the Florida office(s). This includes building relationships with customers, all hiring, and oversight of daily operations ensuring the highest safety standards. Previous Traffic Control Experience is preferred Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essentials functions. Schedule all crews on a daily basis Process any proposals Conduct interviews for new hires Perform job site visits Manage daily crews Review and submit timesheets Handle any employee disciplinary matters Prepare daily, weekly reports Customer Liaison Order any rental equipment as needed Oversee maintenance of equipment Handle safety incident reporting Competencies Thorough understanding of the South Florida traffic control industry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills.
