Job Summary:
The Systems Developer candidate will maintain, update, integrate, and sometimes create the many systems that make up Ardisam’s information architecture. Candidate must be a self-starter with capacity to lead projects and capable of mentoring junior developers in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to prioritize and execute tasks independently. Candidate demonstrates history successfully leading projects to completion.
Job Duties:
- Design, code, test, and implement resilient, scalable applications and extensions
- Maintain and enhance existing applications
- Enable communication between 3rd party and in-house systems using web services
- Design, write, and test application interfaces
- Write end-user documentation and provide training
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding system performance, response times, and limitations
- Independently solve problems to build and implement application fixes and features
- Lead teams to design systems that meet the business needs
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
- Programming Core: ASP.NET MVC, C#, Python
- Data Manipulation: SQL, LINQ
- Source Code Management: Visual Studio, Git
- Web Services: REST, GraphQL, Web API, JSON, XML
- Presentation: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
- Project management experience: Team leadership
Additional Qualifications:
- Continuous Delivery: Docker, nunit
- Linux Administration: Ubuntu, Apache, TomCat, PostgresDB, MySQL
- Data Discovery: Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, ZAP BI
Education:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS plus 5 years related technical experience
