Description

We are seeking an Electronic Solutions Professional:

The Electronic Solutions Team at Northern Credit Union is seeking an experienced, dynamic, self-motivated, career minded individual to join a team of professionals dedicated to improving the lives of our members, their families, and our communities through electronic delivery channels. Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively serves as a role model and demonstrates individual commitment to Northern’s growth through high energy, a positive attitude, creativity and a passion for member service;
  • Effectively prepares and delivers communications and educational opportunities to all employees and members to increase awareness and utilization of Northern’s delivery channels and electronic services;
  • Proficiently ensures Northern remains competitive with electronic banking technologies, products and services, while recommending innovative solutions to meet members’ needs;
  • Proactively collaborates with teams to ensure growth and success of the Electronic Solutions department;
  • Regularly ensures quality of service through Northern’s Electronic Delivery Channels are to the highest standards by consistently testing efficiencies and procedures, utilizing reports, and maintaining key relationships with electronic solutions vendors;
  • Effectively implements and manages multiple Electronic Solutions projects and initiatives that align with Northern’s Strategic direction; and
  • Consistently ensures compliance with all laws and regulations associated with electronic service functions and all payment services as well as best practices to reduce the potential for fraud.

 

 
Position Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • An applicable Bachelor’s Degree with 2 to 5 years of related experience is required;
  • Persuasive communicator with excellent command of verbal and written communication;
  • Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and handle projects and task accurately and completely while meeting conflicting deadlines;
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm during tense situations with both employees and members; and
  • A full working knowledge of a PC and PC software programs including Microsoft Office Suite.
