Specific duties include lawn mowing, snow removal and miscellaneous activities to assist with properties being maintained. Qualifications needed: ability to operate lawn equipment (standard riding lawn mower/snow blower is provided) and enthusiasm to do reasonable physical work. Hours vary and are flexible, and we need dependable help. This is a part-time position based on seasonal demands.
