Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.

The estimated hourly rate for this role will be $65 to 75k (dependent upon experience)
Regional Maintenance Reports to: Director, Maintenance & Renovations
Direct Reports: None
This position will be a Regional Maintenance for the California Oakland based portfolio. This role will involve travel and needs to be based in Oakland, CA.
The Regional Maintenance role will be assisting at multiple properties for general maintenance and capital related tasks, both working with the current onsite team, and filling in when roles are open, vacant, or between team members. When onsite you could be working in a Maintenance Supervisor role to the onsite team, or you could be providing assistance to the current team
Experience preparing for city, state, federal inspections is essential. Experience with MOR and REAC is needed to be successful. Attendance at each inspection, and in preparation is needed.
The following parameters for travel will be put in place for this role.
a) home on the weekends
b) No more than 4 consecutive days outside of home city
c) Travel schedule at least a week in advance
d) Travel is on company time, during the normal working hours
What we are looking for:
- At least 5 years maintenance supervisor related experience in multifamily housing
- Knowledge and skilled in general maintenance hand tools.
- Experience with capital projects and maintenance turn process
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, (Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Etc.)
- High level of professionalism
- Valid EPA/Universal HVAC Certification
