Share Email Opening Title Liquid Encapsulation Machine Supervisor  Description Job Description - Liquid Encapsulation Machine Supervisor Prepare the weekly production schedule with the production manager/director & communicate with the other departments. Prepare the daily production Give the daily production & packing schedule to subordinate & help & communicate with them to achieve our target. Prepare requirement of manpower as per production schedule Prepare shift schedule of manpower for all three shifts Monitor the status of encapsulation machine to check all parameters for starting a new batch Monitoring manpower. Monitoring work ability of employees & hiring of new employee if required Responsibility to monitor, set up liquid encapsulation & bending machine & train new employees to operate & clean machines as per SOPs Handling accident reports, emergency evacuation, etc. Monitor & maintaining of Batch manufacturing record Monitor & maintaining of log books of all manufacturing department. Prepare SOP & train manufacturing employees. Inform the QA Manager of any change control or plan deviation as needed Inform the Managing Director of change control, new equipment required or plan deviation is needed. Check for the cleanliness of the encapsulation rooms , removal & capsules storage rooms Check for the c GMP compliance Inform the production employees if any change control or plan deviation is needed Check all the steps are being followed while the fill preparation, encapsulation and gelatin /HPMC blend solution preparation If any machine or part of machine are broken then give the work order to maintenance department Take the troubleshooting action within the cGMP if the working process is stopped oCheck that all responsible person follows the SOP Communicate and coordinate with the production Manager /Director. Communicate & coordinate with the related person for any quality issue & also communicate with the QA Supervisor.
