Internal growth and development are the keystones to our success.   Position Requirements Requires current American Red Cross CPR/AED Certification. Current First Aid Certification required. Requires current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification or equivalent. Demonstrates excellent communication and “People” skills; Must love dealing with people. Knowledge of Water safety and lifesaving principles and practices Knowledge of swimming rescue and advanced first aid techniques including CPR Basic principles used in the operation and mechanics of a swimming pool Demonstrates advanced intermediate to expert level of swimming, capable of swimming at least 500 yards in less than 10 minutes. These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a High school Diploma or equivalent plus up to one-month related training; or an equivalent combination of formal training, education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform all of the duties of the position.   Full-Time/Part-Time Seasonal   Job Posting Pay Range STARTING RATE $18 (Min $16.33 Mid $19.43 Max $22.53)   Open Date 7/5/2023   EOE Statement Tahoe Donner Association is committed to full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
