The Fish Hatchery Road Campus is looking for the right individual to assist our multi-brand Service Teams in providing Outstanding Customer Service. This position will provide coverage for our Service Advisors, Digital Service Advisors, and Customer Service staff during planned and unplanned absence.

What You Will Do
Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate diagnostic services or repairs
Provide accurate estimates
Coordinate services or repairs with technicians and parts department
Follow-up with customers on repair status and charges for repairs
Schedule clients for service appointments and answer general inquiries
Process payments from customers quickly and accurately
File, scan and process service documents as needed
What You Will Bring
Minimum - Six (6) months of previous experience in a dealership service department
Excellent communication skills
