H2OBX is looking for a Digital Content Creator to assist in various stages of the marketing process. In addition, this role will support Director of Marketing & Sales with events, marketing campaigns and execution.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
• Research and solicit potential group business
• Develop selling skills and strategies
• Manage company database and sales pipeline in a CRM
• Assist Guest Services with greeting group customer
• Assist with organizing and executing events
• Distribute marketing materials to off-site locations
• Develop content plan for social media platforms
• Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral
• Support all departments with administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Professional Certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Marketing major preferred
Specialized Knowledge
• Basic computer skills
• Basic understanding of public relations, social media and communications
•Experience using Facebook/Instagram Business Suite, Canva and Constant Contact
Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking
• Ability to multi-task
• Outgoing and friendly personality

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly exposed to wet and or humid conditions; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
