Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.

Housekeeper
Job Description
Housekeeper Reports to: Property Manager
Direct Reports: None
As Houseskeeper, you will maintain efficient upkeep of property buildings and Community Center in a supportive role.
Housekeeper Qualifications:
•Previous housekeeping experience required
•Have dependable transportation to and from work
•Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
•Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
•Maintain a friendly and customer service oriented approach to co-workers and customers
Housekeeper Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for keeping all common areas of community and vacant apartments clean and presentable to residents and prospective residents
•You will maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community
•This position reports to the maintenance supervisor and property manager and requires attention to detail and the ability to follow directions
•Clean recently vacated units
•Clean leasing office and common areas
•Ability to physically manage lifting 25-30 lbs
