We believe our Customer Service Representatives in the Sales Business Development Center (BDC) at Zimbrick BMW provide value to our clients by providing them with the dealership experience from the comfort of their home or office through their phones, tablets, and computers.

As a representative in our Sales BDC team, you will play a vital role in delivering that experience. Every day you will build your familiarity with our systems and grow your knowledge of the automotive industry and use those skills to assist our clients in their pursuit of a new vehicle.

Job Responsibilities

Develop a deep knowledge of BMW systems

Communicate effectively with clients through video, email, and the phone

Answer questions pertaining to new and pre-owned vehicles, trade-ins, and promotions

Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers select the proper vehicle

Schedule appointments for sales staff from internet leads and customer base

Collaborate with internal teams such as new/pre-owned sales, service, and finance

Complete product and sales training as required
