Job Responsibilities
Develop a deep knowledge of BMW systems
Communicate effectively with clients through video, email, and the phone
Answer questions pertaining to new and pre-owned vehicles, trade-ins, and promotions
Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers select the proper vehicle
Schedule appointments for sales staff from internet leads and customer base
Collaborate with internal teams such as new/pre-owned sales, service, and finance
Complete product and sales training as required
