Description

Reports to the Assistant Executive Director for Finance

• Prepares the annual governmental reports

• Reviews the annual Tax Form 990

• Assists in the annual agency-wide budget preparation

• Maintains accounting system up to date

• Attends industry fiscal directors' meetings periodically

• Assists with and reviews monthly financial reportsincluding balance sheet, income statement, forecast reports, cash flows projections, variance reports

• Monitors variances of programs' revenues and expensesand prepares budget modifications as required

• Analyzes and maintains all agency receivables up to date

• Prepares schedules for the Single audit for our independent auditors

• Prepares documentation for the annual audit

• Supervises certain fiscal staff

• Works on special projects as needed

 
Position Requirements 4 years of College,3 years public accounting experience, strong knowledge of Excel and Word, Fund EZ a plus
