Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited, to the following: ? Completion of psychosocial assessment. ? Coordinate post-hospital placement in least restrictive environment. ? Participation in multi-disciplinary treatment meetings. ? Collaboration with community providers.   Position Requirements Candidates must have a degree in social work from an accredited school and be in Kansas (LBSW/LMSW/LSCSW).
