Work for Carver Companies and you will receive competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package! Job Description: We are looking for Construction and Asphalt laborers to assist in the pouring, smoothing and setting of asphalt on roads, pathways, and general property. Job Duties: Unload and carry materials at construction sites Clean up site from debris and discarded material Ability to mix and Pour Concrete and Asphalt (preferred) Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment Signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance Must be willing to complete manual labor Operate all equipment related to the field Conduct work with 100% integrity and professionalism   Skills & Requirements: Prior experience with paving equipment preferred Ability to receive written or oral instructions Establish and maintain effective working relationship with field supervisors Must be committed to contributing to a culture of safety, looking out for yourself and others     Position Requirements   Benefits   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
