Talent Acquisition Specialist

EOE StatementWe are an equal employment opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a unique and demanding role that is a great opportunity but won't be a great fit for everyone. We want this person to report to the office. And that is because we want the candidates we hire to be in the office, and we will need you there to conduct in-person interviews and show off this space that we have been in for less than a year. It's a beautiful 17,000 sq. foot office space with an open ceiling industrial/tech startup feel with lots of windows, common areas for work and relaxation away from your desk, a spacious kitchen where snacks and beverages are provided, along with lots of energy and collaboration.

Our company has been experiencing tremendous growth, we had 80 employees in the spring of 2020 and are now up to 124. Projections remain strong, the number of approved open roles continues to grow and we need to add to our HR/recruiting team to keep up with the demand. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making outbound calls for a variety of roles focused in the Life Science, Market Research, and Software Development industries across our 4 office locations. We have offices located in Raleigh, NC as well as Cranberry Twp, Erie and Horsham, PA.
