Share Email Opening Title OH - Brooklyn - Delivery Driver  Description We are a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver packages. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every order to the customer’s door on-time and in great condition. We offer full and part-time opportunities. Approximate hours are 9 am to 9 pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day, and shifts are available 7 days per week. Compensation & Benefits Starting salary is $18.50/hour + Bonuses (monthly bonus structure for both individual and team success!) 401(k) - (Full Time staff working 30 hours or more) Tuition Assistance $5,250 (Full Time) We Work With You To Create The Right Schedule Health insurance (Full Time) Paid Time Off Paid Overtime & Holiday Pay Paid Training Educational Grant: Receive up to $5,250 in tuition assistance towards continued education such as bachelor’s and associate degrees, skill certifications, English language proficiency, and high school-level coursework Earn promotions to roles such as Lead Driver, Dispatcher, Fleet Manager or Operations Manager. Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities Must be 21 or older Clean background and driving record Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times. Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information. Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
