Your role at MOBE

The Senior Digital Product Analyst will support the Digital team within MOBE and work directly with the Digital Product Managers, Sr. Digital Experience Designer, and Digital Product Director to grow our current digital capabilities and platform across all audiences. The focus of this role will be on the Participant Experience, with an emphasis on MOBE’s mobile app and accompanying website. This role will work cross-functionally with all areas of the organization including legal, marketing, operations, and IT.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and scope new digital capabilities and enhancements by understanding end user needs, stakeholder priorities, and business objectives
  • Lead solution definition and requirements elicitation for assigned experiences
  • Bring clarity to development efforts by maintaining clear user stories within Jira, creating supporting artifacts (e.g., process flows), and participating in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standup, etc.)
  • Organize product releases via tight collaboration with stakeholders and Digital team on business prioritization and expectations, and coordination with technical teams on feasibility, dependencies, and implementation schedules
  • Maintain product documentation (technical manual, capability matrix, backlog, roadmap, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to compile and analyze metrics and data trends to support recommendations for changes to the end user platform and supporting processes
  • Communicate digital product performance to functional leaders
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accountability and confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned to help fulfill our Mission and abide by MOBE’s Guiding Principles

 

 
Position Requirements

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3-7 years’ experience working on a digital product team, preferably within the healthcare domain

Preferred:

  • Experience working within a team responsible for managing a mobile app
  • Software development and/ or implementation experience preferred
  • Experience with or understanding of human-centered design principles and service design
