This is an in-person, part-time (up to 17 hours) temp position lasting through the end of June. The mental health counselor plays a critical role in a multi-directional approach towards meeting the mental health needs of older adults. The counselor provides psychoeducation, mental health counseling and support to connect clients to longer-term counseling at the agency's article 31 mental health clinic, support groups for older adults, outreach, and home visits. There are great perks to this assignment: schedule can be flexible, clinical supervision and training is provided, and an attractive pay rate.   Position Requirements Candidates must be fully bilingual in either Cantonese/English or Spanish/English, have an LMSW with at least 1 year post masters clinical experience, and have the covid vaccine.
