Education

A B.S. or B.A. degree or higher in Computer Science or an equivalent field normally required.

Experience

A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a related position normally required.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for managing a portfolio of applications and providing technology solutions to advance our digital transformation in Consumer Lending, Commercial Lending and Customer Relationship Management areas such as nCino, Salesforece Customer Service Cloud, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Laser Pro, and others.

Essential Duties

  1. Act as systems configuration expert for a portfolio of applications supporting our Consumer Lending, Commercial Lending, Document Preparation, and Customer Service.
  1. Collaborate with Business and IT Leaders to develop long-term, digital solutions for our customers.
  1. Advise business leaders of systems capabilities and lead the development and configuration of new products for our Commercial and Consumer Lending lines of business, and company-wide implementation of salesforce.
  1. Enable business process optimization by educating users and business leaders on systems capabilities to maximize their utilization.
  1. Facilitate the implementation of Business and IT strategies to accelerate our digital transformation.
  1. Prioritize customer needs and manage product configuration to deliver digital products that exceed our customers’ expectations.
  1. Develop business scope and requirements.
  1. Coordinate the process of application upgrades with vendors and other IT personnel to enable new functionality and issue resolution while minimizing impact to bank operations.
  1. Provide support to Enterprise IT initiatives to further integrate our application landscape across the bank.
  1. Provide Level 2 support to the portfolio of applications including authoring workflows, issue resolution, and systems availability according to Service Level Agreements.
  1. Use critical-thinking skills and disciplined approaches to help leaders resolve issues and define solutions.
  1. Simplify problems and make decisions when problems or solutions are not 100% defined.
  1. Implements technology security and the execution of all technology-related tasks and initiatives.
  1. Abides by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment which is free of sexual harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the work place.
  1. Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management, overall safety and soundness, and the bank’s compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g. Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, etc.
  1. Coordinates departmental tasks with direct reports and coworkers inside and outside the department in order to ensure an efficient process and the completion of essential tasks needing proper segregation of duties.
  1. Complies with established operating policies and procedures in order to maintain adequate controls and support the Bank's adherence to outside regulatory requirements.
  1. Communicates with management and staff personnel in order to integrate goals and activities.
  1. Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule; compiles information as necessary or as directed and provides data to appropriate bank personnel.
  1. Responds to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from other bank personnel, customers, etc., within given time frames and within established policy.
  1. Maintains appropriate records and provides assigned reports.

 

Ancillary Duties

  1. Performs multiple tasks, duties, and jobs throughout the division, department, or unit in a way that permits the Application Support Administrator and the Business Analyst to be assigned to various activities, depending upon the characteristics and volume of the work.
  1. Performs tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual or departmental circumstances.

3. Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally ascends/descends stairs to move through the different floors of the location.
  • Occasionally positions self to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than two-thirds of the time.
  • The person in this position needs to be able to move about inside the office to accomplish tasks.
  • Occasionally adjust or move objects in all directions.
  • Frequently communicates with others to exchange information.
  • Constantly moves wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Must be able to assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
  • Must be able to occasionally do medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds.
