Ensure strategic alignment and uncover gaps between needs and current abilities while favoring the global optimum (vs local) within the process chains of the site. Act as a business capability, process and solution consultant to readily assess and recommend improvements to processes, organizational / role alignment (people), and technologies to improve business capability maturity, performance, and value.   Position Requirements 4 year college/university degree in Business, IT, or Engineering, or a related area. Equivalent experience, with evidence of exceptional ability, may be substituted for education. 5 years of experience in industrial operations or technology environment 3 years of business analysis or Process Transformation Lead in a specific process chain 3 years of cross functional activities in a manufacturing oriented environment Process modeling and process decomposition using process modeling tools Proven success operating in a highly collaborative environment with a strong ability to influence outcomes Strong communication skills and ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization (written, verbal and visual) Ability to foster a collaborative working environment and forge meaningful working relationships at all levels of the company that drive a high-performance culture Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities Experience participating in, or have a familiarity with, Agile methodologies. #LI-KJ1   Location Little Rock   This position is currently not accepting applications.
