Basic requirements for the Server position include following direction from Event Manager to perform duties as assigned in accordance with Bold standards, in order to provide guests with a successful and impressive event execution. Qualified event servers will understand the concept of practicing and maintaining a warm, friendly, fun and professional attitude as well as the importance of interacting positively with guests at all times and providing genuinely connected service. Duties include: Setting up different types of events, making adjustments as needed, as stated on Banquet Event Orders breakfast, lunch, dinner, light/heavy hors d'oeuvres, plated Performing various styles of service tray pass, buffet, action stations, light/heavy hors d'oeuvres, flow, synchronized, tray service Breaking down all areas worked Completing sidework and other requests, as required Attending meetings, as required line up, departmental, Human Resources, other Loading/unloading event equipment and moving it into place   About the Organization Consider a career with Fifth Group Restaurants or Bold Catering & Design companies with more than 25 years of experience working with the finest and most successful people in Atlanta's hospitality industry.
